Papa's Pops started with a simple idea: what if a popsicle could taste like actual fruit — the kind you'd find at a farmer's market, not a grocery store? That question led to late nights in the kitchen, trial after trial, and eventually, a spot on N Main Street where anyone can walk in and leave smiling.

We source from local farms whenever the season allows, roast our coffee with a nearby roaster, and pour the same care into a glass of wine as we do into a strawberry-basil pop. This isn't a chain. It's a neighborhood corner — and we treat every guest like they're stopping by for the first time.
